Privacy and this website

This is a public marketing website. It contains no contact form that transmits a message, no document upload, no client login and no client portal. The interactive elements are page navigation, expandable sections, simulated workflow animations, an illustrative cost calculator, buttons that set the subject line of an email your own application would open, a button that copies the firm's email address to your clipboard, a button that builds a fictional example file in your browser and saves it to your device, and a service discussion outline on the Services page. The outline selections remain in your browser's page memory: you can copy them or use them to prepare an email draft, they are not sent by the site, and they reset when the page is reloaded. Those inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not submitted by the application. The simulated workflows do not process documents and make no requests to any AI service.

Contact happens through your own tools. The email link opens your email application with a message addressed to the firm, and the telephone link dials from your device. Any email you choose to send is received and stored by the firm's email provider under that provider's terms.

The site is served by a third-party hosting platform. Hosting and platform services may process technical request information, usage information, and error diagnostics to deliver, secure, and maintain the site. This may include IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamps, and error details.

Typefaces used on this site are served from this site's own assets. Loading a page does not request font files from a third-party font service.

If you email or call the firm, the contents and contact details are processed by the firm's communications providers. Do not send sensitive matter information before an appropriate channel is agreed.

Information received during a consultation may be subject to professional confidentiality duties even if no engagement follows. Sending information does not by itself establish representation.

Handling of client information in a matter is set by the engagement, not by this page. The engagement identifies the channels used, the categories of service providers that may receive information in order to carry out the work, any transfer outside your jurisdiction where that arises, and any restrictions you ask the firm to apply to AI tools. Those terms are agreed before the work begins. This page does not make a general security guarantee.

Email correspondence and matter records are retained in line with the firm's professional and legal obligations. A request about correspondence you have sent is assessed against those preservation obligations, so the firm does not promise deletion on request or a fixed retention period.
